As Operations Director for a healthcare business, Roy became interested in hypnotism after studying Neurolinguistic Programming for coaching; Roy was fascinated about the idea of the communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind and how it can help clients. Roy realised that with this communication he could help people become aware of the power they have to make the improvements in their lives that they desire and to achieve their goals.
Knowing that helping others was essential to clinical hypnotherapy, he began to look at the practice as a career path. Now he assists his clients with improving their sports performance, gaining confidence, breaking bad habits and becoming the person they always hoped to be.
Roy is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), the General Hypnotherapy Register and the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP.
Roy is also trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which can be used to help address a variety of symptoms and can be used by the client in a self help way.
